  1. I have done alot of research about dieting since I have struggled with my weight all of my teenage and adult life. I've found that the most important aspect of living a healthy life style is adding more fruits and veggies, whole grains and exercise. We all know that right? However, I've also found that this can be very expensive, so how do we live a healthy and frugal lifestyle? For myself, I've found that adding rice (I invested in a rice cooker) and oatmeal to my diet is a AWESOME way to get more whole grains and keep the grocery bill down. For fruits and veggies, I find that frozen works very well. That aspect comes down to preference, but I've read both sides of the argument and I find that the argument for frozen is pretty strong. What completely convinced me was this article on a blog: http://www.almightydad.com/fitness-nutrition/fresh-fruits-and-vegetables-buy-frozen. I suggest everyone take a gander at that. As far as exercise is concerned, going from a sedentary 9 hour a day job to running around after a toddler and keeping my house in order is half the exercise battle!! I also find that work out videos are also a great way to get some exercise in while the kids nap!! I currently am using 10 Minute Solution: Slim and Sculpt Pilates-with Pilates Band (2007). I got it from Amazon, here's the link if you're interested:http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000S1MM84. I was able to get $5 off by using my SWAG Bucks.
